Favourite Notting Hill Restaurants
There are more bars and restaurants in Notting Hill than most respectable counties. But here are three of our favourite restaurants if you find yourself in the neighbourhood.
The Shed | Band of Brothers
The Shed serves up something between tapas and your wildest dreams. Three brothers form the team behind it – one running the farm where the majority of the produce comes from, one turning it into dreamy food and the third ensuring it arrives at your table (or oil drum) with flare. Relaxed, quirky and dangerously good. Don’t leave without forcing them to give you a lamb cigar >
Dock Kitchen | Industrial gloriousness
Ok, so more Ladbroke Grove BUT it holds rather a special place in Auree’s heart (second date with Mr Auree). Their set menu changes every three weeks and draws on seasonal themes and whatever takes the chef’s fancy – which means you will have your taste buds challenged.
The Cow | Oysters and Guinness
This is a proper pub with proper food. And an Oyster bar obviously. A perfect dive for a Saturday afternoon with friends.
