This is pretty simple too. We offer a trackable, reliable & insured delivery service for all International orders. International returns are the customers responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To just like your Auree jewellery is not enough for us, we want you to LOVE it.

So if you wish you’d chosen something different and are experiencing a shopping version of food envy, we are always happy to exchange or give a full refund. No questions asked. (there are a few items we cannot refund but see the Returns Exceptions details below).

All you need to do is get in touch at returns@aureejewellery.com and we’ll tell you what to do next. Please ensure you have had a reply from us before posting an item as we will advise on method of postage. Items must be unused (afraid so) and returned in their original condition together with details of your order to: AUREE, Unit A101, Riverside Business Centre, Bendon Valley, London SW18 4UQ.

We are happy to refund UK postage but please refer to our guidelines below and include your proof of postage. We are unable to refund any additional postage charge than that listed below unless we have given specific written exception. Non UK Returns are at the cost of the customer.

- Items £275 and under please return to us using Royal Mail 2nd Class large letter. Approx cost 88p. Please ensure you also receive proof of postage (free of charge) from Post Office as unless you have this, we cannot be held responsible for anything that goes missing.

- Above £275 please send using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Approx cost £7.50.

Please ensure you include your Name, Order Number, Telephone Number and Email Address within your parcel. For your postage refund, please include a copy of the Post Office receipt and also the bank details (Sort Code and Account Number) where you would like to receive your refund. We will let you know when we have received the item, when the refund has been put through and when we have refunded your postage. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 working days of the item being returned.

You don’t have to give any reason for returns but we are quite nosy (isn’t everyone?) and would love a hint as it helps us improve Auree.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will understand that items that have been customised, engraved or specially made to order are unfortunately exempt from the right to exchange, return or cancel.

- Our engraved Westbourne Collection (Bracelet, Necklace and Pendants), Portobello Collection (Bracelet, Necklace and Pendant) and Limerston Lockets are returnable if they have been engraved with a single initial on one side but are not returnable if they have been engraved with multiple initials, dates or other engraving.

- Northcote Pendants, Cufflinks and Necklaces: these are unique to every order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Walton Russian Wedding Rings, Sydney Signet Rings, Walton Russian Wedding Bangles, Brompton Bangles & Curzon Bangles: these are all made to order and therefore the returns details vary for every product. Please see individual products for specific returns details.

RETURNS PERIOD

Our UK usual returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods. All items must arrive at Auree within this time.

Our International returns period is 21 days from when you receive the goods. All items must arrive with us within this time. Please make sure you get proof of postage and we recommend insuring your item as International returns are your responsibility.

COVID 19: We have temporarily updated our returns and exchanges policy to allow free returns for up to 30 days. As usual, all items must arrive at Auree within this time.
