Orders processed here with our free delivery option will take 2-5 business days to arrive but we also offer express delivery (1-2 days) and Next Day Delivery. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
We use Royal Mail, DHL & UPS who we find to be very reliable. If Royal Mail does not deliver to you or you would rather we used a different company for your order, just let us know and if we can, we will use as an alternative.
Everything comes beautifully gift-wrapped in a pouch and box with ribbon. At the basket page you can choose to add a gift bag and gift message.

Yes, all our orders are sent in a large letter sized envelope and do not require a signature. If your order is over £200, you have selected a tracked next day service or you have ordered more than 3 items, the jewellery will be sent as a small parcel so may not fit through your letterbox and may need to be signed for too.

Engraving usually takes 1-3 days before dispatch but if you are up against it let us know and we will try and fast track it.
Please email us to request a ring sizer. We recommend measuring your finger in the middle of the day (your fingers are commonly swollen in the mornings and smaller in evenings…). Also, don’t measure if you are particularly hot or cold as this will affect your finger size.
Vermeil is Sterling Silver plated with a layer of gold on top. To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 9 carat and be at least 1.5 micrometres thick.
If you are planning to wear your Russian Wedding Ring next to another ring, e.g. a Signet Ring, Wedding Ring or Engagement Ring (which will look fabulous…) we would suggest that both rings are of the same carat. Why? Because 18ct is much softer than 9ct and therefore the 9ct may wear down the 18ct over time if they rub against each other. Please see our Russian Wedding Rings FAQs for further details.

Absolutely! Add a personalised gift note at checkout and we will hand write and add to your gift box for you.
Each piece of jewellery is put in a soft cotton Auree pouch and then inside an Auree gift box and is tied with our pretty Auree ribbon. You can request for a gift note to be added (free of charge) as well as a gift bag (£1.50). We are paperless so there will never be an invoice inside your order, you will receive this over email so no need to panic if you are sending it straight to the lucky recipient.

For every 100 points earnt you will receive a £5 money off voucher. From your account page, you can view your Loyalty Rewards Dashboard. Choose the tab 'Get Rewards' where you can see how many points you have to use plus the value of the voucher you are eligible for. You then simply activate the voucher you wish to use and copy the voucher code into the discount code box at checkout.
You can only use one voucher per order, so we recommend activating the highest value voucher you can. Please note that points are not earned on delivery costs and points will be deducted if your order is refunded. We use Royal Mail as our postal service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed a tracking number, use this to track your parcel and if you are not in, your postman will leave you a red slip for you to organise a re-delivery or a collection from your local depot.

We are sorry to hear this. Tarnishing can happen if jewellery has got wet and is not then dried. If worn in the shower, bath, swimming pools or sea (chlorine is terrible for silver and gold). It can also tarnish if perfume or moisturiser is applied while wearing the jewellery. We have a replating service to ensure your jewellery continues to look good as new and we can also send you a polishing cloth. You can find more information here.
