It takes approx. 2-5 working days to engrave your item at our London workshop. If you need the item urgently, please get in touch. If you choose not to personalise the item, your order will be sent out straight away.

Just a note: we can only exchange or refund personalised orders that choose to engrave a single initial on one side only. If you choose to engrave something unique (eg. a date of birth, or full name initials), including reverse engraving the item is non refundable because it cannot be resold.

If you choose to engrave your item it will be sent out via your chosen delivery method as soon as the engraving is completed. If you choose not to personalise the item, your order will be sent out straight away.
