WHERE TO STAY

Carlisle Bay

This hidden paradise hits the spot for everyone but is truly amazing for families with children. If you can be lured away from the sun lounger or hammock, there is every water sport you can think of. Mr & Mrs Auree recommend renting a boat for the day. Pure magic.

Blue Waters

Nestled away in it's own private bay on Antigua's northwestern coast this is the perfect spot for ultimate rest and relaxation. All you need to do is choose between exploring one of their three secluded beach coves or the treatment you'd like at their incredible spa.

Galley Bay

This stunning resort really has something for everyone. Whether you want to relax on the beach, by the pool, or take on something more action packed, you'll find it here. For those who can't sit still, you can snorkel, kayak, play croquet or go for a bike ride. But don't worry they'll always be a cocktail waiting for you afterwards.

Coco Bay

Known as Antigua's most romantic resort this is the perfect place for a honeymoon or celebrating an anniversary. Colourful cottages are nestled in the hillside and wind down to the sandy beaches, we can't think of anything better. With the help of the amazing staff, organise a floating breakfast in your own private pool or a moonlit dinner on the beach.

THINGS TO DO

Trek Boggy Peak

Once you've finished your book why not trek up Mount Obama's 'Boggy Peak'. This one hour climb will take you to the highest point of the island. The workout will be worth it once you're at the top where you can catch glimpses of the neighbouring islands of Montserrat and St Kitts.

Half Moon Bay

This beach is an absolute must if you're in Antigua. Stroll along the pink sandy beach and dive into the crystal clear water. Plus, don't miss the local café on the beach, the rum punch and garlicky lobster are to die for.

Galleon Beach

This is a magical place to visit. Head down for sunset and don't forget your snorkel. Once the sun starts to dip into the horizon the turtles will appear for their evening outing, creating a once in a lifetime experience. While you're in the water see if you can find a ship wreck too for the ultimate snorkelling trip.

Mermaid Gardens

Have you ever seen a Mermaid? Well, rumour has it this is the spot. A short walk from Galleon beach you'll find Mermaid Gardens. Make sure to pack your sun cream, water and a shell bikini. A jaw dropping spot with a mesmerising rock pool.
