Order: No Cointreau-Temps here. Cointreau, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, cranberry juice, egg white and a mix of sparkling teas served with a miniature hot air balloon.

Order: The wine list is ever-changing but look out for the hot-artichoke dip and pork shoulder.

Snuggle up on this East London rooftop orangery (it’s heated before you start gawping). The views are to die for and the food is quite delicious.
